1. HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER ARRIVES?

We aim to deliver your products as soon as possible and in any event within 3 – 5 business days.

2. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

We appreciate that sometimes you order a product and later change your mind. Please contact us at shop@mummaslittlecub.co.uk with your order number and reason for requesting a return.

Unfortunately as we are an independent business in our early stages, we are unable to cover the postage cost for your return.

3. I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER WHAT CAN I DO?

Our friendly team will be able to provide help within 24 hours of receiving your message.

Please provide us with full details of your issue and photos if this would help rectify things quicker.

4. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO GET IN TOUCH?

It is best to contact us to our email shop@mummaslittlecub.co.uk, someone will get back you within 48 hours.

We are not always able to reply to our Instagram/Facebook messages as quickly as we respond to our emails.
